Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Opportunities : Seek out new sales opportunities and customers to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Operational Management : Oversee daily operations related to the hire and off-hire of equipment, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Customer Engagement : Follow up with customers regarding contract extensions and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Logistics Coordination : Arrange transportation for equipment to and from customer facilities.
  • Reporting : Maintain daily reports on on-hire and off-hire equipment status.
  • Gate Pass Coordination : Work with customers to secure necessary gate passes for equipment access.
  • Team Collaboration : Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance : Coordinate technician arrangements for equipment breakdowns and repairs, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Certification Management : Arrange for equipment calibration and TUV certificates as required.
  • Documentation Compliance : Ensure adherence to all job order documentation requirements.
  • Client Readiness : Make sure equipment is ready for service before handover to clients.
  • Customer Inquiries : Respond promptly to any customer inquiries to maintain a high level of service.
